The Gentle Leader canvas print by Kathleen Modica. Bring your artwork to life with the texture and depth of a stretched canvas print. Your image gets printed onto one of our premium canvases and then stretched on a wooden frame of 1.5" x 1.5" stretcher bars (gallery wrap) or 5/8" x 5/8" stretcher bars (museum wrap). Barum, 'The Gentle Leader'. Originally done in oils, but presented here as an acrylic art reproduction. This was my third attempt at working with oils. Barum was an exceptionally gentle Beagle... Hence my attempt to capture his aura by using softer pastels better depict 'his' motherly and loving personality.

All of the Beagle Art work shown here was created by KLM Kathel a former resident of Brooklyn New York where I received a few art awards during my High School years. (Ah yes, that head shot you see---that was taken a very long time ago). I am not a professional artist, but Beagle Art and painting pictures of our Beagles has become a passion of mine. My in-home studio is nothing more than a foldaway table placed in the corner of our living room and dinning area. I starting painting in earnest a few years ago when surgery compelled me to start painting again. But this time I beamed all of my attention and focus on Beagle Art.
